    The course is designed so you can either follow the modules in order or just start with the bits that matter most to your whānau right now. There’s no deadline to complete, and you get unlimited access so you can refresh anytime.

  • Can I download content to watch offline?

    The videos can’t be downloaded or viewed offline, but the course does include plenty of resources you can keep – like the workbook, where you can capture your notes and reflections as you go. You’ll also get conversation guides and practical tools such as our phone agreement and tech review checklist, plus other downloadable scripts and guides designed to make it easy to put what you’re learning into practice.
